Primary Job Functions:
We are currently recruiting for a very talented .NET Developer to join our team. You will participate in architecture sessions, design sessions, and code development for various projects to support our e-Commerce business area. Also, you will be asked to play the role of development lead on projects, ensuring requirements are met through an iterative design process and the required artifacts are produced.

Responsibilities:
- Work within a team (designers, project managers, other developers, as well as end user staff) to create compelling and cutting edge web sites and web applications.
- Maintain and enhance our existing web sites and components.
- Utilize and extend our library of development tools and DLLs.
- Apply application development standards based on MSDN best practices.
- Utilize established change control methodology to document code changes.
- Compose technical and user specification documentation to support application code design efforts.
- Research and evaluate new development technologies, and if appropriate implement them.
- Act as a technical resource for other team members.

Qualifications:
- University Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 1-5 years Experience of:
   - Development in a multi-developer environment.
   - Developing object oriented applications with C#, .Net 1.1/2.0, and SQL 2000/2005
   - Developing and integrating shared libraries.
   - Designing and managing network architecture and services.
   - Windows 2000/2003 Server administration
   - SQL 2000/2005 administration
- Minimum of 1 year Experience of:
   - Experience with Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio.NET, Visual SourceSafe).
   - Developing user interfaces in ASP.NET using HTML and CSS.
   - Creating, handling, and maintaining web graphics for application design.
   - Web services and XML.
   - Experience writing conceptual and detailed design documents, including UML diagrams.
- Thorough understanding of all 7 layers of the OSI Model.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for creating highly available, flexible solutions which are easy to maintain.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple job assignments.
- Highly self motivated and directed.

Primary Job Functions:
We have an immediate opening in our home office located in Linthicum, Maryland. This inside position is responsible for conducting liability and coverage investigations, bodily injury and property damage evaluations, as well as successfully negotiating the settlement of first and third party injury and property damage claims.

Qualifications:
Qualified applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience adjusting automobile accident claims. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills. A high degree of motivation and team orientation. Proficiency with property damage estimates. PC experience with knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
