  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and financial reporting under GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP)
  • Lead and support preparation of NAIC Annual and Quarterly Statements, regulatory filings, and related financial schedules
  • Oversee investment and reinsurance accounting, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities
  • Maintain strong internal controls and regulatory compliance while supporting internal and external audits
  • Manage and mentor accounting staff while identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA preferred, with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Property & casualty insurance experience, including knowledge of SAP/STAT, NAIC reporting, investment accounting, and reinsurance accounting, is strongly preferred
