AIC wrote over $450 million in premium in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Tennessee during 2025. We are searching for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Team and expand our presence in Southern Virginia. Primary responsibilities include growing the territory's premium 10% per year across a $70+ million territory with over 220 monthly producing agencies, establishing a minimum of 12 new agency locations per year, initiating a minimum of 5 daily agency visits per travel day, and conducting remote training sessions with agency partners.
- A proven track record of success with a sales organization
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the property and casualty insurance industry

- A college degree is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
