Location: Remote in So. Virginia

Agency Insurance Company (AIC) is a privately held, growth-oriented personal auto, motorcycle, and commercial auto carrier rated A- by AM Best that writes business solely through our independent agency partners. AIC wrote over $450 million in premium in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Tennessee during 2025. We are searching for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Team and expand our presence in Southern Virginia. Primary responsibilities include growing the territory's premium 10% per year across a $70+ million territory with over 220 monthly producing agencies, establishing a minimum of 12 new agency locations per year, initiating a minimum of 5 daily agency visits per travel day, and conducting remote training sessions with agency partners.

  • A proven track record of success with a sales organization
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the property and casualty insurance industry
  • Projects a professional and positive attitude
  • A college degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of people within the company and the agency plant
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision
  • Proficient computer skills with experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook
