The Company values its employees and shows appreciation through rewards for accomplishments, contributions and service.
REFERRAL AWARDS
If an employee refers a candidate to the Company for employment and the candidate is eventually hired, the employee receives a referral bonus ranging from $1,500 up to $4,000 depending on the level of the open position.
SERVICE ANNIVERSARY AWARDS
Service anniversary awards recognize employees on every fifth year of service. The Company celebrates the anniversary by giving employees $100 for every five years of service.
BONUS AWARDS
Bonus awards are available at management's discretion to reward key contributors for exceptional performance. Bonuses are paid separately from the employee's base salary.
